As part of the Strategic Plan implementation, a cross-functional Actions Workgroup was formed to translate the college’s strategic initiatives and goals into specific, actionable steps. Charged with recommending both short- and long-term actions, the group focused on enhancing the student experience across academic programs, workforce preparation, community education, and student services. Rooted in SRJC’s Mission, Vision, and Values, these recommendations were submitted to the Planning and Budget Council (PBC), reviewed, and forwarded to the Superintendent/President, who presented them to the Board of Trustees for adoption—reflecting SRJC’s commitment to shared governance and inclusive planning.

- 13 classified employees identified by SEIU in collaboration with Classified Senate. Members are from Academic Affairs, Student Services, Finance and Administration, as well as Human Resources
